As Üntel Kabloları Sanayi ve Ticaret A.Ş. (“Üntel Kablo”), we have prepared this disclosure statement in order to inform you, our Guests, Online Visitors, Customers, Supplier Employees and Supplier Representatives regarding the processing, storage and transfer of your personal data within the framework of the activities arising from the Law no. 6698 on Personal Data Protection Law (“LPPD”) and applicable legislation and legal regulations.

The personal data of our business partners will be able to be processed in compliance with the following principles on article 4.2 of the LPPD:

(iv) Being connected with, limited to and commensurate with the purposes of processing,

Identity information (e.g. name & surname) of our visitors and physical location security information (e.g. camera records) will be processed for the following purposes:

- What Are the Methods of Collecting Your Personal Data?
Your personal data specified in categories above are collected automatic or non-automatic ways by physical means such as order forms, contracts, visitor forms, or through information systems and electronic devices (e.g. telecommunication infrastructure, computers and phones), third parties (e.g. KKB and Findeks), our website and via other documents declared by the data subjects.
- What is the Legal Reason for the Collection of Your Personal Data?
Your personal data is processed by Üntel Kablo in line with the accomplishment of the objectives described above, based on the following legal reasons stated in article 5 of the LPPD:
(i) When it is clearly stipulated in laws,
(ii) When it is required to process personal data pertaining to the parties of a contract to the extent personal data are directly related to the conclusion or execution of the contract,
(iii) When it is mandatory for the data controller to fulfill its legal obligation,
(iv) When data processing is necessary for the establishment, exercise or protection of any right,
(v) When it is mandatory to process data for legitimate interests of the data controller, provided that fundamental rights and freedoms of the data subject are not prejudiced.
When the data processing activity cannot be based on one of the above legal reasons, your personal data is processed based on your express consent.
- Do We Transfer Your Personal Data to Third Parties?
- a) Personal data of our guests can be shared with law enforcement officers and judicial authorities in order to resolve any legal disputes and in accordance with the relevant legislation.
- b) Personal data of our online visitors can be shared with judicial authorities and authorized public institutions and organizations in order to resolve legal disputes and if requested by virtue of the relevant legislation.
- c) Personal data of our customers, within the scope stipulated by the legal regulations, can be transferred to authorized public organizations and institutions in order to carry out the activities in accordance with the legislation, to follow and carry out legal affairs, to provide information to the authorized persons, organizations and institutions, and to judicial authorities and the law office from which we receive service so that it can be used as evidence in any possible legal disputes.
- d) Personal data of our supplier employee, within the scope stipulated by the legal regulations, can be transferred to authorized public organizations and institutions in order to carry out the activities in accordance with the legislation, to follow and carry out legal affairs, to provide information to the authorized persons, organizations and institutions, to cargo/logistics companies, to companies from which we receive accounting program support, and to judicial authorities and the law office from which we receive service so that it can be used as evidence in any possible legal disputes.
- e) Personal data of our supplier representative, within the scope stipulated by the legal regulations, can be transferred to authorized public organizations and institutions in order to carry out the activities in accordance with the legislation, to follow and carry out legal affairs, to provide information to the authorized persons, organizations and institutions, to cargo/logistics companies, to companies from which we receive accounting program support, and to judicial authorities and the law office from which we receive service so that it can be used as evidence in any possible legal disputes.

You can send your requests in the scope of article 11 regulating the rights of data subjects of the LPPD to us by means of “Application Form to Data Controller” prepared on the purpose of providing convenience as per the Communiqué on Procedures and Principles of the Application to Data Controller” included at “https://www.untel.com.tr/” of Üntel Kablo.
